How do I register my warranty?+
Log into your Obi account, go to Account → Devices, and add your device’s serial number — found on the underside of the Mat or inside the Motion/Pulse battery compartment.
What voids the warranty?+
Physical damage from misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or water damage beyond the stated IP rating for that device.
How do I file a claim?+
Open a support ticket with your serial number and a description of the issue — our team will confirm coverage and next steps within 2 business days.
